(2019-2022)

Behna (el wekalah) - formerly known as Wekalet Behna - was re-established as an independent art organization in 2019.
And between mid-2019 and early 2022, I was the organization's creative director, responsible for its strategic visual and narrative representation. Throughout these approximately 3 years, I was responsible for:
- Developing the organization's visual identity.
- Designing and implementing its official website.
- Supervising its documentation and media production.
- Establishing a plan for the organization's headquarters rehabilitation.
- And founding an artistic residency studio located in one of its newly acquired venues.

This project was quite a challenge since Behna was also the biggest film distribution company in Africa and the middle east between 1930 and 1960. And these historical layers were the main difficulty in rebranding Behna in its new phase.
